The Wind instrument can toggle only between two info steps: Wind information (direction/speed) and HDWIND/TLWIND. It would be very useful to have a 3rd info step: XWIND (cross wind).

I think a speed would be sufficient as whether it is from the left or right is pretty obvious ( or at least easy to mentally judge!). It might be more helpful to indicate which runway the crosswind component applies to.
